Ben was so professional and did a marvelous job. The job was not an easy one and he persevered until he located the problem leak. When located he repaired the pipes and returned everything back to its original state with such perfection. We are extremely delighted with the results and felt that his service was worthy of praise. In our opinion Ben is a very valuable employee of your company and is very deserving of acknowledgement for his work. Ben is a very, respectful, nice young man as well.
